Desktop Application for creating a image and save as .png or Jpeg

Looking for a Desktop Application which handles graphics to create a Image(.png / Jpeg). Application will have these features File New (Create a new file) Open (Single/Multiple files) Import images ( Based on images available in specific folder, A Tab will be create and all images will be placed under this tab such as all Male images will go under 'Male' Tab Save (Overwrite existing opened file) Save As (Save as .png/jpeg file with new Name) Edit Paste ‘Ctrl V’ Transform ‘Ctrl T’ (Resize the selected image) (Note: by clicking Left click on any image inside viewing area, image can be selected to operate) Zoom (‘Ctrl +’ to Zoom In and ‘Ctrl – ‘ for zoom out) View Ruler On Ruler Off Help Help page open to show guidelines. Exit i). Every image dragged into Comic Area, will be placed into a new layer. ii). Being on a specific layer, respective image will be selected and Resizing/Moving can be applied on it iii). By Clicking on Text Tool, Text layer will be added. iv). Text tool can be changed by selecting Font, Font Colour, Font size. v). Text alignment can be selected from option Left Aligned, Center Aligned and Right aligned. vi). By Pressing ‘Delete’ Button, any selected image will be deleted from scene.
