Using the HTML template that I have bought ([login to view URL]), convert this into a working accounting software using these languages ONLY: .Net MVC, C#, Bootstrap 3.0 or above and MS SQL 2012 or above For more information, refer to attached document for the details required for the accounting system. May the best price wins! Not a rush project, just need it at the lowest cost because its just recoding onto existing template.

I have prior experience in attaching those purchased templates to projects and with use of my experience in building accounting software I think i am capable of doing a great job that you are looking for.
