Get ASP.NET Identity (OAuth) working - Token Based

This project (mentorship) is intended to get ASP.NET Identity working with Web Api 2 and OAuth on an existing git repository. I am new to ASP.NET Identity and cannot get it to work. The Request pipeline is not filling the user information and I don't know how to properly retrieve the user who sent the token If it helps, this is the tutorial I followed: [login to view URL] Project Goals: Have a page where only members of a certain Role (or Claim) can access (and a controller action on the server side as well) - like an Admin page Explain me what I was missing Thank you.
