C# send mail client

Hi, I need a mail programm developed in C# to send mails directly 'From' me 'To' my contacts (not CC, nor BCC). The program has to be able to: 1. textbox to type 'mail account' 2. textbox to type ' account password' 3. textbox to type 'mail server address' 4. textbox to type 'mail server port' 5. Select box to select priority ("Low", "Medium", "High") 6. browse an MS Word file that contains the message (body message + signature with logo) 7. browse a text file (it is in my computer) that contains +1.000 email address (notepad) 8. buton to click "Send" so the programm start sending emails to all those recipients in the text file, one by one, 1 email for 1 contact. This is important point. 9. have a progress bar that shows the progress of the emails already sent by the program 10. a final message indicating the program finished to send all emails to all recepients.
