Hello, my name is Daniel León, I am a civil engineer with specialisation in Geographic Information Systems using software such as ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Dashboard, Story maps, ArcGIS hub, ArcGIS Experience Builder and Qgis. Hello A CAD program won't give you live updates as you require. You need a dash board that can show you your device locations. can't promise more but it can evolve into a solution that works for many. Question: How are you managing these stations currently. It will be very kind if you give some details. How exactly you want your outcomes. Where will you manage them i.e. Web, Mobile etc. How much is good budget for you. What is your time line going to be like ? These questions will help me set a course if we were to work together on this. Regards

Obtain weather station data, including the location (latitude and longitude) and information about the station (such as name and elevation) 2. Import the data into a GIS environment, such as ArcGIS or QGIS. 3. Create a new map project and add a base map, such as a street or satellite map. 4. Add the weather station data as a point layer on the map. 5. Symbolize the points to distinguish different types of weather stations, if necessary. 6. Add any additional information or layers to the map, such as state or country borders. 7. Adjust the map's layout and add a legend and a title. 8. Export the final map as a PDF or image file for sharing or printing. 9. prepare a .Kmz file of the data so that it can be accssible via different platform like Google Earth Pro, Maps Me, Open Stree map in free of cost.
