Add Product Page to CMS website

We have existing website that I need someone to add a products page and include 50-75 items. These need to be a inventory list including pictures and descriptions. We are looking for someone to work with initially to get products page created and inventory posted and work together on a ongoing basis to update items as they are sold and add new inventory as acquired. No shopping cart needed. i would like a button for more information requested that would go to form that would be sent to email account. If we are happy with designer/developer we will look at further updates and maintenance to full website to continue to build our business online. We are limited to the funds needed for this project therefore price is very important as well as quality.
