codeigniter worker for regular jobs

hi, we build many ERP softwares for clients. most of them are in codeigniter platform and also the future systems which we want to make will b in codeigniter due to it's flexibility. So, we need 2 full time freelancers to work on our ongoing projects. We require best possible rates. only bid if u r a freelancer and codeigniter wizard. we have used many developers in past, but they have failed to make us feel that they should b considered long time. No agencies or companies. Only Developers with extensive codeigniter language. Plz note: in starting we will do a test which will b conducted to 5-6 candidates, but only 2 will get selected for job. fast turnaround, able to attend calls, daily updates of what they did whole day. and yes in the job, freelancer time tracking software usage is must.
