We’re looking for 2-3 dedicated, experienced, and skilled individuals to join our team on a temporary basis (3-4 month contract). In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and managing compelling website content that not only communicates subject matter effectively but also enhances user experience and conversion rates. You should be well-versed in utilizing WordPress CMS, particularly Gutenberg, and have a solid background in on-site SEO. This role is remote-friendly. Key Responsibilities - Writing and editing website copy to effectively communicate the subject matter and value proposition, with a focus on user conversion. - Utilizing WordPress CMS (Gutenberg) to upload, format, and style content in alignment with our design specifications and page components. - Building and styling landing pages tailored for user conversion. - Revise and update content based on analytical insights and user feedback to optimize engagement and conversion rates. - Managing on-site SEO, including but not limited to keyword optimization, title tags, alt. text, and meta descriptions. - Ensure that all website content adheres to content writing guidelines, rules, and requirements, and is of the highest quality. - Collaborate with the internal team, offering and receiving feedback to refine content and design elements. Desired Skills & Experience - Proven experience in writing and editing compelling website copy. - Expert-level proficiency in WordPress CMS and Gutenberg to complete content uploading, page building/architecting, and styling. - Demonstrable knowledge in on-site SEO, especially in optimizing content for better search visibility. - Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for design and aesthetics. - Ability to collaborate with our internal team and adhere to project timelines. - Ability to follow content writing guide rules and requirements. - Prior experience in a similar role would be a distinct advantage.
