In need of a settlement agreement with a hold-harmless and confidentiality clause. I had a small retail business and and investor provided cash as well as the use of a PayPal account. A customer filed a chargeback with their credit card company and the PayPal account went negative about $1200. There is now a collection in the investor's name. The investor forgot that our company was using the PayPal account and initially accused me of fraudulently opening an account in his name. He seemed to remember opening it after a brief discussion of the time and place in which he opened.I want to compensate the investor for the amount owed but also want to make sure I'm held harmless from any wrongdoing. I also want to keep this person from airing our business.
