Need a lawyer to write a equipment purchasing contract

We buy and sell used equipment. We want a contract made to protect us and sellers when a seller sends us a piece of equipment for a quote. The contract should outline the following: Equipment Quote Contract CNTautomation agrees to buy the equipment for the quoted price provided the equipment arrives as described with the expected accessories. CNTautomation has the right to adjust our offer provided the equipment arrives in a condition less than expected or missing components. When this happens we will send a revised offer to the seller. If the seller is happy with the offer CNTautomation will initiate payment within 2-3 business days. If the seller is not happy with the new quote CNTautomation will cover the cost of return shipping unless it is discovered that the equipment is stolen in which case CNTautomation will not cover return shipping and has the right to hold the equipment as long as necessary to sort out potential issues with the stolen item. CNTautomation has the right at any point to reject an item and return it to the seller. CNTautomation will perform an inspection of the equipment in a timely manner and initiate payment within 2-3 business days after inspection. While the item is in CNTautomations possession owner ship of the equipment remains to the seller until payment is made by CNTautpmation. CNTautomation will not send the equipment to a third party unless permission is given by the seller. CNTautomation is not liable for items lost in transit on the way to our facility and it is the sellers responsibility to insure the shipment. CNTautomation will be liable for items shipped by CNTautomation using CNTautomations shipping courier of choice. CNTautomation will declare a returned item as a return on the commercial invoice so no customs fees should be charged but if customs fees are charged on a returned shipment CNTautomation is not responsible for the customs/taxes charged.
