SCHEDULER/ASSISTANT
WE ARE AN ADVERTISING COMPANY BASED OUT MIAMI, FLORIDA LOOKING TO HIRE SCHEDULER TO WORK AS TELECOMMUTING EMPLOYEE. PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO APPLYING.
• MUST HAVE FULLY FUNCTIONING HOME OFFICE, EQUIP WITH COMPUTER, INTERNET AND PHONE.
• MUST HAVE VERY STRONG COMPUTER AND INTERNET SKILLS ( EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT, SEARCH ENGINES, AND EMAIL)
• MUST BE A SELF STARTER AND REQUIRE VERY LITTLE GUIDANCE ONCE TASKS ARE ASSIGNED AND EXPLAINED
• MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, BOTH WRITTEN & VERBAL- ENGLISH AS A FIRST LANGUAGE IS REQUIRED, SPANISH OR RUSSIAN IS A PLUS
• CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AND/OR SALES EXPERIENCE A PLUS
• MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR VARIOUS ASSIGNED SHIFTS RANGING FROM 9 AM- 8 PM, 7 DAYS A WEEK
• HIS POSITION IS PART TIME, MAY BECOME FULL TIME AND REQUIRES SOMEONE THAT CAN DEDICATE THEIR ALL TO THE COMPANY. AS A SCHEDULER YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TERRITORY YOU ARE ASSIGNED, THEREFORE YOU HAVE TO ACCLIMATE YOURSELF TO THE JOB AND REALIZE THAT THE HOURS ARE NOT ALWAYS CUT AND DRY AND DAILY ADJUSTMENTS WILL NEED TO BE MADE. COMMON SENSE AND A TEAM PLAYER ATTITUDE ARE KEY COMPONENTS FOR THIS POSITION.
• YOU WILL BE MAKING AND RECEIVING CALLS DAILY, ENTERING INFORMATION INTO OUR INTERNAL DATABASE, WORKING WITH YOUR ASSIGNED ATTORNEY TO DETERMINE AVAILABILITY, AND REPORTING YOUR PROGRESS TO YOUR SUPERVISOR WEEKLY.
•WEEKLY MEETINGS WILL BE HELD WITH ALL OFF SITE STAFF MEMBERS TO REVIEW PROGRESS AND ADDRESS ISSUES IF NEEDED, AND YOU MUST ATTEND.
• THIS JOB IS PAID HOURLY, WITH BONUSES AVAILABLE WITH TERRITORY DEVELOPMENT.
