The Gold Cabriolet has a similar structure that of a Mk6 Golf hatchback, but has its own distinctive elements such as a unique rear section, lower profile roof lie and more raked-back front windscreen frame.
The new Golf Cabriolet has demoted the fixed central roll-bar that was a previous feature of Golf Cabriolets.
