Please READ: This is a menu editing application for desktop. This first version is to b developed for windows, and once the development is completed I will need a duplicated version for MacOS and Linux. Sample code will be supplied that I wrote in Visual Basic 2019. It is not complete, but is sufficient for deno and understanding. This Project is for the Windows version in efficient C code with error handling. additional milestones will be created for MacOS and Linux respectively.
