This is a data corruption on your hard drive You can try first to restart your wallet with -reindex and -rescan If that doesn't work, then simply delete all your blockchain files (not the [login to view URL]) and start the wallet to download the blocks files to another hard drive of yours (or create a partition for it) Probably at this point that just pointing out the blocks files to another folder will be enough, that's how i solved it for when i had this same error.
