Content Creation:
Become our product knowledge expert, researching and defining benefits, ingredients, trends, etc.
Craft compelling product descriptions, website copy, email campaigns, and social posts
Develop a robust, informative blog strategy with engaging articles (experience building similar blog sections a huge plus!)
Customer Service Excellence:
Provide top-notch support across platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Zendesk/Gorgias/Freshdesk, Live Chat, Social Media)
Build relationships with customers, resolving issues creatively and proactively
Master upselling techniques to increase order value
Growth Mindset
Proactively spot opportunities to improve processes and customer experience
Collaborate with the team to find innovative solutions
