Hi, If you can tell me about the source of data, it would be easy. Like from where did you obtain these encoded numbers. From HLR, or VLR(which layer of the Telecommunication Operator) or from some some other database. Pure decoding just with these pair is very hard. And there are repetitive data pairs. So please provide me more info. Thank you.
