Hello, I can do this for you. I convert PDFs to usable data with converters and manual editing. I will have to see the PDF first, but if it a clean file, I can do this job for minimal cost. Can you forward few pages so I can run a test? On a technical level, I convert with Abbyy, Acrobat ProXI or Niitro.
