It appears that for some reason (most likely to prevent scraping) the first URL is just not working, so there needs to be another way of locating those non compliant buildings, right ? Also, at the second URL, where the building details are shown, there's no "Building Owner" to be found anywhere, maybe it is only shown to those who have an account there ? Regards Dragos
