Freelancer needs to have fluent English speaking skills to cold call several hundred global financial institutions and either: 1. verify a contact email address already provided in our excel sheet, or 2. identify a new contact at their Compliance department along with a group email address (preferred) or the email address of the contact identified. Excel file consisting of financial institution names (e.g. JPMorgan Chase (US) or AMP Capital (Australia) and switchboard phone numbers will be provided upon request and to the freelancer hired.

I can speak fluent English and I also used to work as a data cleanser for Reuters, doing this exact thing. I have many tricks to be able to get information from the gatekeepers. Best way to do this kind of thing is to be assumptive and act like you know the person/ or act as an authority form their national regulation board. Only question I have is how many contacts do you need calling?
