Database Compilation - Transfer to Excel

We require an expert to transfer data from a website into an excel file. There are 6128 records in total, however it's likely that only 5000 or so of these will be transferred due to some of the entries not being required. This will suit an individual / company that is experienced with this type of project. At the website, you will need to select 'Dentists' and then the Postcode or Town (see below). The following postcodes/towns are required: * NE, 819 records * SR, 179 * CA, 162 * TS, 322 * DH, 261 * YO, 301 * LS, 722 * DL, 329 * HG, 232 * BD, 341 * WF, 186 * HU, 317 * LA, 341 * DN, 396 * HX, 193 * HD, 296 * SHEFFIELD, 472 * ROTHERHAM, 57 * BARNSLEY, 49 * CHESTERFIELD, 62 Please note that the letters above are the first 2 letters in the postcode. If a record shows, for example, a postcode of SW19 6NE, it should NOT be transferred (a number of these will appear). The excel should be compiled in this order with a clear break between each postcode/town. At the start of the project, we will require the first 50 records to be transferred. At this time we will check the work done so far to ensure the correct information is being transferred.
