Recording a PP program

Hello, I have been trying to record a simple 1-hour PP presentation on "Counseling Skills for Speech-Language Pathologist" for a rehabilitation group in Istanbul, Turkey. They have invited me to come to Istanbul this November where I will be presenting five different 6-hour seminars for the speech therapists of that country. This 1-hour PP presentation is mainly designed to let the speech therapist have a sample of what I will be offering in one of my seminars. I have made over 200 live PowerPoint presentations over the past years in cities throughout the U.S. and in several foreign countries. How to create a PP is not my problem (although I know I typically include too much on one slide). The last recording of a PP I did was in about 2017 on an HP computer. This year I got a new Gram computer (highly recommended by Consumer Reports) and had everything on my old computer installed on my new one. The 1-hour PP I am trying to record is a portion of one of the 2017 online seminars I did for another rehabilitation company. When I recorded this presentation and played it back, my voice was on each slide as I expected. However, when I sent it as an attachment to the people in Istanbul, they told me my voice was not on the recording, so I rerecorded the presentation, and the same thing. Last week I contacted Microsoft and explained the situation to a service agent in India and he could not figure out the problem after 4 hours moving the arrow around and clicking on everything he could. He forwarded my ticket up to a Level 2 person in India who called me, and I again explained the situation. He spent 2 hours doing the same thing as the first gentleman, frequently saying "Just give me a couple of minutes." I asked that fellow if he had ever done that kind of work before and he said no. I asked him to please find someone at Microsoft who can help me with my problem. Finally, he told me he would call me back in 5 minutes, but he never called back. I actually have no confidence that someone from Microsoft will get back to me or be able to help me with the recording of a short, simple PP program. The people in Istanbul are getting frustrated with me and I don't want that. And that is why I am reaching out to you. Would you please contact me as soon as possible? I am wondering if the Microsoft 8 and old PP program are not compatible with Microsoft 10 and any updates in PP that have been made. I am hoping you will know how to help me.
