Take a survey - each survey requires unique email address

Hello, I need someone who has the ability to answer survey questions 1050 times (i.e. 1050 unique response). The survey requires each respondent to answer at least 20 questions. I would like the bidder to answer between 28 and 45 questions so that there is some variation in which questions are answered. There will be 2 questions that must be answered for each survey, and 4 questions that should be answered in about half of the surveys that are filled out. Any other questions can be filled in randomly. I will provide a list of answers that can be pasted into the survey. In some cases I will provide a few answers for a given question so that the survey taker can select any answer they choose. Basically, I am looking for results that are somewhat random, except for the two answers that must be on each survey. The survey requires a unique email address for each response. It took me about 5 minutes to fill out my survey (Approx 80 answers) without any answers, so I would estimate approximately 1-1.5 minutes per survey using the cut and paste methodology. I offer this estimate to help you plan your effort. If possible, I would like to mask the IP addresses such that we are showing a local IP. It would be best if it appeared the survey results came from the local area. When reply to this project, please let me know if you are able to do this. Using the same IP address over and over would likely negate your results. Upon completion of the project, please provide the login information (Email address and PW) for each of the surveys. This allows us to audit the results. :) The project winner will be provided with answers in either excel or word formats (Whichever works best for you).
