Tech Savvy Administrative Assistant with Data Entry and HR experience

General Requirements: - You can provide references that will speak to your consistent long term reliability, prompt response times, and high quality of work. - You have been doing freelance administrative work for at least 6 months and are certain -- You will be able to work with us for 2016 and 2017. - You have consistent availability most days of the week from April to October of this year, without any extensive absences planned or other significant risks to your availability. There are two distinct roles/projects, and would ideally like to find one person to take on all of them. Role #1. Phone Interview Screening: 1-4 Hours per week (May-July) - This role will simply be holding phone interview screen calls to ensure that a candidate is suitable for an in-person interview. Phone interviews (aka Setup Calls) are typically less than 10 questions and typically take 15 minutes to complete. Once our HR Staff has scheduled a setup call within your expressed availability, we will send you all the information you need to complete the setup call (google doc with questions to ask and misc instructions). - This role is key during our heavy-recruiting season, which is usually late-April through mid-June. - Setup calls will be conducted professionally and if the candidate has questions that cannot be answered by yourself, their questions must be noted in the Setup Call google doc and relay to our HR Staff. - We will give a list of FAQs for this task as well so that you are able to address some our most frequently asked questions. Role #2. Date Entry (Perfectionist Accuracy) and General Administrative: 3-15 hours per week May-Sept 2016 (and again in 2017) - Requires a very keen attention to detail - Dual Monitor usage or large computer setup to manage multiple windows - Broadband internet to allow you to remote into one of our servers or desktop computers to use our Database software or other software for data entry. - Evenings and weekends preferred if possible, to avoid conflicts with in-house staff using same applications (meaning 4pm-8pm Central time) - Higher workload during summer months, 3-10 hrs/wk starting, then can add more if interested - In our "off-season" (Oct-April), the workload would be "as-needed", but significantly less than during the summer. - Ideally, we are seeking someone for a long-term working relationship, who would be available multiple-summers, rather than just one. However, this is not mandatory. - Some availability nights and weekends will be needed. Won't be all the time that I need help on nights or weekends, but definitely will need it some of the time.
