Hello, My name is Etienne, and I'm currently working as a Big Data Engineer, specialized in analysis and data mining. I've a Master Degree in Applied Mathematics, specialized in Statistics and Numerical applications. I'd be glad to help you in improving your algorithm. Maybe you've already tried all the classical regressions models ? It could be of interest to benchmark those at first, just in order to be sure that we do not miss any obvious solutions for the probleme. Then maybe we could try more elaborate models (I think of random forests maybe). If the choice is mine, I'd use R to developp the algorithm, Do not hesitate to contact me for additional infos.
