Get current URL in Chrome and IE browsers in Win8 Metro(!) mode

HI. I need a code of two functions in Delphi 2010. The first function must get a current URL (string type) in Internet Explorer, running in Metro mode (Windows 8). If there is no URL open, or if IE is running in Desktop mode, the function should return en empty string. The second function should do the same work as the first one, but for Google Chrome browser. Please note, I don't need a code for grabbing URL in Desktop mode, because I already have it.
