I need an electrical engineer to design the PCB and produce a prototype. Please see attached. I need three prototypes. I have a small budget. I will pay seperately for the parts. Milestones 1. Design suitable for prototype and mass production. - 25% 2. Production of the prototypes - 50% 3. Upon receving the prototypes - 25%
