Need a design, with a few alterations, converted into an interactive email form with: • Scrolling text • Images • Check-boxes • Text input • Add in additional name fields • Generated text after checkbox is ticked The form needs to be sent in an email, then the person fills out the form (still in the email) and forwards it back. We need these interactive features to be easily deleted or added in, depending on what is needed at the time. Please show examples of previous work.
