Building Architect plan layout required and architectural rendering a 3D diagram in CAD for a 4000 sq foot building

Hi All, We are just testing the place here in RAC if we can get quality building architects to design the layout and interiors of a 4000 sq foot building. The building to be constructed will have 2 storeys, each with a floor area of around 2000 sq foot, with the first floor being used for a modern office and the second for a residential house. We would like to see if we receive any bids from qualified architects. We would like to see your portfolio and possibly have a telephone conversation with the chosen coder before going ahead with the project. Building plan layout sheets and further details will be given to the shortlisted coders. Graphic designers with no prior experience in architecture designing, please DO NOT bid.
