cnc in a kiosk with automatic feeder

i am looking for a kiosk 1.5m by .6m by .6 m in the kiosk there is to be a cnc it can be an off the shelf cnc from a reputable maker but a cheap maker i need the metal sheets 10cm by 4cm by 0.5cm to be supplied automaticlly to the cnc then they will be cut 5 sides out of 6 then they will be despenced from the machine the cnc will need a tool changer and a way of clearing waste i want every thing to be automatic human hands should not have to touch any part of the cnc or metal sheets except to collect the dispenced sheet (unless it is for ocasional maintance) the kiosk will hold metal sheets of a few sizes no bigger than the size above the final price of this machine must be under 5000 dollar to build it that is 10 machines cost 50,000 the machine must use domestic elec europe the machine must be quite the machine must work well with out bugs the bidder mush design the machine and build it for the quote the machine cnc must have a tolerance of 0.01mm it is for making custom made metal keys in brass nickel
