Source and find web pages based on specific criteria (repost)

Hi All, What I need you to do is research and find websites that have all of the following criteria. - Technology orientated - PageRank / Moz Rank 6+ - Page Authority / Domain Authority 65+ (find PA & DA using SEO MOZ OpensiteExplorer) - dofollow links on web page - I also need you to be able to provide me with a valid contat email address for each site. - Must have a benefactors / sponsors / donors page on site - If there is a price on site to become a benefactor, it must be less than $1000 Example site: [login to view URL] The purpose is to ask these people to link to another website. Could you please supply me with an example and tell me how many pages / links you can provide me with and what the cost will be.
