Create an excel quoting template, which imports and resizes pictures

We are a Childrens' Toy wholesaler located in Brisbane, Australia. We have over 1000 different products, and we often need to create customised quotes. For example, we may identify 50 products we would like to present to a customer. We only want to show them these 50 products, and no others. The 50 products are different for each quote, we create the list in excel. The end result we are after is a list of product codes, other product information, such as the name and price, and a picture of the product. We can easily generate all of the information for the quote, except for the picture. We currently have to manually import the image. This is where we need help, we are after somebody who can create a template, where we can add the product codes into column A, then the image for that product is automatically imported into column D of the same row, (and ideally set to move and size with that cell). The pictures will always be in the same folder location, and will be named the same as the SKU name in column A. See attached example of what we need.
