Data Scrub - Excel

We have survey results from 275 people. We have 7 categories. The end users were given the following instructions: The remaining portion of this survey has been created to identify your areas of interest and help place you into the appropriate sessions during the Summit. You will be given a total of 10 points to assign out for each of the 7 categories. Please assign points to the selection you feel most interest you. You are not able to give out points to every selection - only the selections you feel strongest about. The problem is the survey results show all results and I can not tally them properly. So I need to see if there is a way to only pull back the results that have a = # value at the end then roll up the category ranking onto the summary tab.
