DETERMINE THE BEARING CAPACITY OF A P.T. FOUNDATION

I am looking for STRUCTURAL ENGINEER to determine the max point-load bearing capacity of a post-tension concrete slab and/or exterior footing from an existing post-tension plan. I need an Excel sheet created, where I can input these values: - the bearing capacity of the soil, - f'c value of concrete, - thickness of slab, - tendon/cable clear spacing, - the width and depth of any grade beam footings. And the excel sheet must calculate: - the maximum point-load capacity in the slab, - and the maximum capacity at a slab section with additional grade beam footing. Must be completed today, if possible. Needed as quickly as possible.
