Excel Function/Formula for Income Tax Calculation -- 2

Need a function/formula that will calculate a value based on a variable input from a sliding scale in multiple inputs. This is an income tax calculation based on multiple income tax brackets. On the Main sheet in column N the “Total Tax” needs to be calculated for each row based on the cell to the left. So N20 is based on M20. The calculation comes from the Tax sheet based on where M20 is on that scale in columns B&C. I believe that the calculation is set up OK for row 20 but it needs to work on all rows individually N20-50 and N56-86. Also the remaining amount in the last row (in this example G33 & G69) has to be added into the Total Income in that last year (M33 & M69) and the final tax calculated correctly (N33 & 69) Rows 50 & 86 were my failed attempt to add this last remaining amount into the Total Income so please change or disregard. You can check your calculation by having the amount in column on the Main sheet be exactly the amount of any row in the Tax sheet in column C, The Running Total in Column M of the tax sheet for the same row should be your answer. For the Solver function I would like to maximize the last value in column Q (Q69 which would be increased after G69 is incorporated into the Total Income) based on changing J56
