Project Management Worksheet

I need a better way to manage my projects quickly. I have attached an excel spreadsheet called project management; 1. I update the spreadsheet with new tasks and projects daily. When I press the ADD A NEW PROJECT BUTTON; I would like for a blank project line (similar to row 8) to be added at the bottom (same formatting). 2. When I choose the department from the dropdown in row 5. I need it to only display results where column X is equal to the dropdown selection for both the working projects tab and the completed project tabs. 3. Columns (H – S) are similar to a gantt chart. a. I need the start month (based on column g) and working months in grey (RGB color R(191), G(191),B(191). b. Then the month the project is due (based on column t) to display in blue (RGB color R(31), G(73),B(125) 4. On the working document tab, if the DTD date is negative turn the entire row font color to RGB Color R(255), G(204), B(204) 5. On the working document tab, column W (Updates) needs to be able to date and time stamp when I type an update. However, when I type a new update I would like for the comment to either move to another cell or to notes. I don’t want the history to print but I want to be able to view it. I want the most recent update to print. a. On the working document tab, column W (Updates)- If an update has not been made within 5 days of date in A3, and is due within 30 days (column U) color the update box background RGB color R(255), G(255), B(204) 6. Please set the Working Projects and Completed tabs that when I press the print button on each page. I want columns A-W to print. I do not want columns X, Y, or Z to print. 7. Once the project has a completed date in column z and status is complete in column f. I want the entire row to move to the completed tab. o Once on the completed tab the DTD in column U should be zero.
