urgent excel macro file

I am attaching 2 files. I need to create a macro which will able to process files similar to this. Keep in mind that the actual data would be over 30,000 rows of data, so the macro should be able to run without error and process such large files, very fast. If it takes long time to process, or if your macro timesout or gives error in large data processing, then I will not accept project as complete What you need to do:- 2 files attached:- a) Prduct listing with sku and title: it has 2 column of data. SKU and Product Name b) Sale data: it has 1 column data SKU Basically the macro would do to things:- Create a new file as output, with 2 sheets 1) Sheet 1 would have 3 column of data: SKU, Product Title and Sales each SKU The Sales each SKU would be to Find how many times an SKU from Product listing file, appears in Sales data file. And enter the number here for each SKU 2) Create a new sheet in output file with 3 column data SKU, Product Title, Total Sales Per PRoduct Here the macro goal is to total the sales for each product. You need to do the following:- There will be 1 row for each product. In the original Product listing file, you would see multiple version of same product (as they have same product title). Once the product title changes, it means it is a new product that started. This is very important to calculate So create 1 column for each product in above manner and then a) IN SKU column, list each sku that belongs to the product, seperated by a comma b) IN product title column, list the title of the product c) In sales total column (total the same of SKU belonging to that product) This is very easy and simple work.
