Since I am very good in excel and I know good number of formulas and shortcuts, I will be able to do this work smartly and complete it on time.

I feel that i am the best candidate for this job because i have built spam classifiers before. So i know what i am doing. I do have a few questions regarding the format you will require the output in, but we can talk about that later. I will be using R to build the model.
