Flash header update

[login to view URL] this site shows 3 sections in the flash header banner. there is a blank space for a 4th section on the right. I have attached the .fla for the project. there is a section in the fla containing the 4th section contents. I need that 4th section re-activated. Also, when I test output the attached .fla, it does not work like it works in the website. The actionscripting either needs tweaking, or it needs to be output from an older flash version? I need this complete in the next hour.
