Design and create an animated gif

I'm building a website and I need someone to build me this animated gif. It's going to be the birds-eye view (or "view from above") of a husky dog pulling a sled. I've attached a zip file of huskies pulling a sled and you can easily find more pics off the internet of husky's. But I cannot find any birds-eye view pics. Also attached is a rough sketch. As you can see, I only want ONE husky dog pulling a sled and on this sled is the driver and a couple more guys riding on the sled.) In terms of illustration style; ideally it'll look as realistic as it possibly can (almost like I am watching a movie instead of a cartoon) and I will only be using this animated gif at a size of around 60 x 270 pixels. As long as it doesn't look too cartoon-ish and that it is easily recognizable as a huskydog pulling a sled that'll be great. After the job is done, I maybe need you to keep the master files in case I need you to make any updates to the gif in future.
