Banner Ad design (Flash pref)

We are looking for 3 banner ad designs. Designs can also incorporate expandable features. i.e. They expand horizontally or vertically after loading or when clicked on. Sound effects can also be used. Each ad must be modified to fit the following sizes: 120x600 (Skyscraper) 120x240 (Vertical banner) 468x60 (Web baner) The brief: I can't disclose too much detail at this stage. I can say it's a car hire company with a unique (funky) edge - not just good value for money. Please PM me for more detail. You will be provided with graphics to use, but you would not be required to use them. You will also be provided with tag lines etc. Regarding banner style: We are looking for a neat fresh animation type style - but this is not set in stone - you can suggest alternatives. Please note that payment will only be released upon completion. Bids with portfolios will be given preference. More opportunity exists for successful applicant in future.
