Website Completion - Joomla

Someone was hired to do the work already, did a good amount then go too busy and stopped working on it so I had to move one. I am now looking for someone to complete the project. This is a Motorcycle community site. Where bikers have their own place for vids, pics, blog, and so on. I purchased a template and it was coded for Joomla. Some things site still needs that I can think of. Logo Flash header Some more coding of template modules Event, Gallery and video page (Gallery and Video software is already integrated for users) More tweaking of user configuration and so on. Some creative ideas and implementation for color, layout, etc. Add a couple additional Joomla modules Budget for completion is small since most of the time consuming work is already done. Could possibly more once work is started and more ideas are implemented. Site is up and running, just not finished.
