Full Time Social Media and Business Development Manager Job

This will be a fixed monthly paid job. We are looking for an experienced, proactive and self-motivated individual to support one of our long-established client's business development and their social media position as a leader in their industry which is an interpreting and language translation business. You will be responsible for planning and implementing organic and paid Social Media strategies across a portfolio of clients. The candidate must be well versed in the UK culture, diversity, in particular, the candidate must have wealth of knowledge about the NHS requirements, challenges, opportunities and needs, and as well as the needs of Local Authorities and other public sector services here in the UK. Our client is an interpreting and translation business providing face to face, telephone, video and written translation services for the NHS, Local Authorities as well as other public and private sector organisations. Responsibilities • Manage the company’s 5 different websites/branches which are in WordPress including ensuring engaging and eye-catching templates and pages are created with fresh and quality contents. • Planning, building, and executing organic and paid social media strategy for our client's business who has 5 different websites/branches. • Generating, editing, scheduling, publishing, and sharing relevant quality content across various platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc) with a view to increasing reach, engagement, number of followers, and driving business goals such as leads and sales. • Analysing relevant social metrics, adding insight, and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns across social platforms • Ensuring compliance with Social Media best practices and continued quality of the content • Working closely with CEO of UK Soft and our client's operation manager to share your plans, agenda and schedule of social media and marketing strategies. • Working closely with the Business Development Executive to make sure the Social Media strategy aligns with the SEO and wider Digital Marketing strategy, and most importantly that any content, and marketing publishing targets the right audience i.e. NHS organisations and Local Authorities, and that the content is of high quality and worthy of reading. • Conducting regular competitor research to ensure our clients’ social media strategy remains ahead of the competition and in line with best practice and latest trends. • Actively register for different and relevant recognition Awards such as Innovations, Excellence Award, Business Award, Best Client Experience, Patient Excellence Awards, etc. NOTE: Please provide us an example of your Social Media and Business Development Planner in Excel to demonstrate your experience. Experience: • At least 2 years proven experience in managing organic and paid Social Media campaigns • Experience in running lead generation campaigns through paid social advertising • Strong knowledge and confident use of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc) and willingness to stay up to date with the latest developments and changes within the Social Media landscape • Experience in digital content writing and using WordPress websites. • Experience using Social Media management/scheduling and reporting tools such as AgoraPulse, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, is preferred but not essential. • Excellent writing, editing and communication skills • Excellent organisation skills, time management and attention to detail • Strong client management skills to manage client expectations and take part in regular meetings (in-person or remote) • The ability to work based on verifiable weekly targets with outcomes.
