The blood was everywhere. But not in the conventional sense of everywhere. Rick was a detective before the first Bush was a president. He saw it all In his day. Or at least he thought that he did. But this. This was something a painter could not make. It was like proof that the devil existed. The amount of blood was the first thing that baffled Rick. He knew how much blood there was in a human body. And this was three times as much. It was as I'd the blood multiplied while the killer tortured his victim. It was as the killer had complete control over the whole physiological and psychological being of his victim. The blood was under the windows and in every cracking. Rick wondered what kind of tools one must use to make blood spray that far. And how must he use them.
