Fast photoshop expert to design banner for websites

Hello freelancers, We need individual or company expert in designing site banner. We need 20-30 or more banner designed regularly. So we need fast worker for regular assignment. We have ongoing and regular task for the right candidate. Requirement: You have to update every hour after assigning task. You have to send each banner after designing You should be able to design 5 or more banners per hour. You should have to capability to work constantly. Its a full time position and we need some permanent designer. We made min. 1000 websites regularly and we need you for a long term. There is a huge task. So calculate before bidding.
