Corporate identity - Design already done, job to complete

Hello, Romanian Investment Circle is looking for corporate identity. The main activity of this organisation will be leading important investments towards Romania and accompagny them to succesful implementation. A freelancer before did a great job but did not finished it. At the end of our project I will need .ai file for every element of the corporate identity . + a page with all the elements. Final corporate identity should be submitted in English / French version, vectorized and normal formats. (.ai, .png, etc.) French Version should have "Cercle Roumain d'Investissement" as text for the logo, same font, same colors. ONE OF THE LOWEST BID WILL BE AWARDED! If good work provided later work will be assigned.
