script and design for jQuery menu plus results table

This project consists on a menu and in a result table, both written in jQuery. The theme is telecom products. Just as simple as that, should be 1-2 days work for an experienced freelancer. As main rule, the scripting and style sheets must be proprietary code, not generated by other tools. Also the code must come with brief instructions on how/what to modify in order to remove/add some elements. In short, it must be easy to maintain by a programmer with average coding background. - There will be a menu to select individual items or combinations of those items (there will be 5 items) - each item will have a specific menu/submenus structure but the overall layout should be similar with tabs in FireFox: items 1 to 5 should each have a different tab and the user can navigate through the tabs and see the different menus for different items - Each item must have a sub-menu three-layers deep (e.g. main menu selection is A, B and C. When clicking on A, a menu sepcific to it should open and display A1,A2 and A3. Clicking on A1 should also open A11, A12 and A13. Clicking on A11 should open A111, A112 and A113) - Each item will have a text and two icons: one for selected state and one for unselected - the forms will share the same canvas so that at any time, only one form is visible and accessible while the others are hidden and inaccessible by mouse or keyboard (so no TABbing is allowed to hidden data entry boxes) - when selecting an item: - if no other items are selected, then the corresponding form will be displayed in a new tab - if other items are selected, then a corresponding tab willbe added to the already existing ones and the menu from the new tab will come in foreground - if a product is deselected, then the corresponding tab will be eliminated but the user selections should not be lost, so if the user changes his mind and re-selects that item, his previous choices should be there - When submitting, the result should be the "results table" visible in foreground while the menus and all user options should be hidden in [login to view URL] user will have a "Go to menu" type of button which will activate the menu and hide the results table, allowing the user to swtich easily between them. - When selecting certain items in the menu, there must be a box which must display all choices made by the [login to view URL] the user deselects an item, the "selections box" will also delete the corresponding entry - the results table should display 10 records at a time and should have a "More" button to display the next 10 records, etc
