Produce Flyer Template in Publisher 2007

We need a professional Flyer template produced in Publisher for four to five products. We want to use the same template for all of these products but changing content and colours and background pictures. We need someone to help 1) finish a template that we can easily change including whatever graphics is necessary. First page of the template is uploaded as an example (needs work). 2) Develop a colour scheme for other products 3) Go back and through a few times, we'll need to edit the file to include all marketing info and pictures and the free lancer will tiny up and make it look professional. Any graphics produced must be in saved in SVG
