Illustrate and vectorize a cartoon character I drew

I need a fast and accurate illustrator to re-illustrate a sketch I did. I'm too busy and need someone to assist me. I have a cartoon character that I drew but I can't find the original piece of paper. All I got is a photograph of a sketch that I did on paper. When you provide the original file: - The file must be correctly layered and named - The layer must not be merged together. - I want neatly grouped layers.
