Graphic Project (logo, 5 shirts, wallpapers)

Hy everyone. I need someone to create a visual package for an NGO blog. The name of the blog is "ONG Online" and the logo could include those words. Also, it can be stylized to a single graphic image like a men, circle or whatever you think is appropriate. The logo must be on high resolution, more or equal with1200*800 both on white and transparent background on .png format. You should also provide the sources. Words that can be relevant to this organisation: youth, European, team, tolerance, exchange, aid, volunteer, etc. 1st step for you will be to create this logo. If I like it(you'll send it on white, small resolution 150*150 - so can't be staled) we'll go further in this project. 2nd step is to create 5 shirts models that can be also funny but must be related to the idea of volunteering. and 2 or more wallpapers that will include the logo and also the idea. The logo must be integrated as part of the design not only to be there. I shouldn't say that all this should be UNIQUE so be aware. I will pay when I receive all the package, after I see on small resolution the result. If you have a portfolio on the web don't hesitate to show it.
