Crate a HTML Newsletter

I am looking forward to promote my craft store by way of a newsletter. Therefore seeking an expert in who is very creative to design and then create HTML newsletter for me. Currently I need to target the prospective clients to introduce our store and then make them interest to purchase products from us. After that is done, will need to create newsletters on and on to introduce new products on and on to existing customers. So first bid on this project and of I am satisfied, will post separate projects for the rest. Once the template is designed and created we will be looking to change the content accordingly and will include product photo's/graphics and even change content from time to time. So you need to do in a customizable way. Please send me your portfolios and sample of similar work done.
